Can I use GO with a foreign phone number?

GO supports overseas phone numbers, but registration needs a mobile number that can receive SMS. Check the country code and number, then enter the verification code. A data-only eSIM does not necessarily provide SMS. If the code does not arrive, use GO’s official SMS troubleshooting and check with your carrier.

Does GO accept international cards, and what extra fees apply?

GO lists international credit cards and Apple Pay as supported; individual card authentication can still fail. Short-term visitors completing a GO-requested ride pay an International Service Charge in addition to the fare, pickup fee and GO App charge. It does not apply to cancellations, GO Pay payments for rides not requested through GO, or areas charged a Remote area service charge.
