Checklist progress and entered deadline dates are stored in your browser's localStorage. This feature does not send that information to the operator. It is removed when you clear the site's browser data. Reset progress after use on a shared device.

The form sends the interface language, report type, severity for bug reports, message, optional email address, and related page URL. It has no name field. Submissions are processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions and may be stored in Cloudflare D1 when configured. Enter an email only if you want a reply.

When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile checks automated submissions. Rate limits use a salted hash derived from the IP address; the raw IP address is not stored in the feedback record. If a private external review workflow is enabled in production settings, accepted submissions may be forwarded there for the same review purpose.

The current site code does not include GA4, Google Tag Manager, or advertising measurement tags. Infrastructure providers may process technical data under their own service policies. The code does not define automatic deletion or a fixed retention period, so this page does not claim a specific number of days. Use Feedback to request deletion and provide enough detail to identify the submission. Do not enter passport numbers, residence card numbers, My Number, medical details, or other sensitive information.
